Personal Boxing Training & Boxing Classes:

These programs focus on teaching the "Sweet Science" of boxing. Boxing is a great way to get in the best shape of your life, while learning self defence that keeps you confident. Classes are offered in a range of skill levels and age groups.

Community Youth Program:

From ages 8-16, this program is fun fitness for all ages.  Here at Genesis, we teach valuable lessons of discipline, motivation, sportsmanship, confidence, and offer a place to make new friends

This program develops hand-eye coordination, foot-eye coordination, reflex time, speed and agility.  A fun and interesting way to get in great shape and advance in other sports too.

Speed and Agility Training:

An excellent way for athletes to improve hand/eye coordination, footwork, reaction time, while becoming faster, and more agile. We can help you become better in all aspects of whichever sports you are passionate about.

Speed and agility training is an excellent opportunity to book a session for your entire team. By booking team sessions you qualify for a more competitive rate. Please contact us for further information so we can cater to your individual needs.
